MAXX PERFORMANCE

Had my xr6T FG in for exhaust, injectors, fuel pump, valve springs, tune and a couple other bits and pieces, came out with a completely different amazing car! Super happy with the work and the car just feels great. Rachel in reception was an absolute pleasure to deal with and super helpful along the way answering any questions promptly and even after hours at times! Thanks so much guys :)

In short: The guys make sure the cars are perfect and they do the job the right way. They're all super knowledgeable and back their work and products because they know they're rock solid, I highly recommend Maxx performance, I'm writing this review because they went over and above to help me today and I don't think I'm a special case. Everyone there loves what they do and are all car enthusiasts themselves, they give the best advice and want to see you get the best value for money. The long version: After buying a used FG XR6T, I was getting it tuned from E85 back to 98, I decided to convert the aftermarket intake back to factory for the RWC while the dyno was in use. Everyone was really helpful and had all the answers to my questions and even spared a couple of bolts that were missing from the factory parts I had. We had a good chat about the cars previous mods and the goals of the tune, they really put in the ground work to understand the car and to tailor their services to what you're looking for. As soon as the car went on the dyno, the tuner picked up an anomaly, the plugs and leads were checked and confirmed not to be the case (after one of the guys made a special dash down to Ford before they closed just to get coils for my car to eliminate the possibility). The guys knew from previous experience what the symptoms were and pinpointed the issue to the upper engine components, either springs or rockers. At this point it was close to 5pm, but they assured me that they were going to get the job done and wanted to make sure that it was 110% good. The decision was made to take off the rocker cover and check the valve springs and everything there. The issue surprisingly was #1 rocker split in half, they then proceeded to all work on the car so that they could change that rocker out and retune it, so I could have the car perfect when I left. It was a very late night for them, thanks to all the guys for going over and above today, I really felt looked after and after watching them work, I know that they do the job right and am confident to recommend their services, especially for Falcons! The tune is awesome and my car is perfect now. The after service care is amazing and they really make sure that they support their product, I'll definitely be seeing you guys again soon for the next mods.

Having spent many years working in professional motorsports teams and machine shops I researched who I wanted to modify and tune the G6E Turbo I brought new in 2010. I liked that MAXX are very responsive and helpful with advice which is clearly from a high level of experience on Barra Turbos. The pricing was straight forward and following a visit to the factory to see for myself I booked my car in. VERY HAPPY with the service and support information I received. Highly recommended for quality work, they know what they're doing ! Bang for bucks 5 Star

So grateful for the team at Maxx Performance. My car decided to die 2 hours from home and the team didn’t hesitate to help me out when I contacted them. Had the car towed to the workshop and the boys had diagnosed and fixed the problem within 45 minutes. You guys absolutely saved the day today and I’m so thankful for the help (and laughs) provided today! Thank you again for everything!
